1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 3rrm ("3rrm", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://3rrm.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the 3rrm platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the 3rrm Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where separately designated, bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts or bonus balances credited to your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age and address verification, conducted in accordance with applicable compliance standards.
• "Platform" means the 3rrm website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://3rrm.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you from your own financial resources, excluding any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, live dealer and related entertainment services made available through the Platform.
• "Stake" means the amount of Real Money Funds or eligible Bonus Funds placed on any single bet or wager.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 3rrm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another Account on the Platform that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of 3rrm or any of its affiliated operators.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. You are required to notify 3rrm of any material changes to this information without delay.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 3rrm will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 KYC Verification

3rrm operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You will be required to submit satisfactory proof of identity (such as a valid CNIC or passport) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. 3rrm reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the Services only for lawful entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse or any activity intended to manipulate bet outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, scrapers or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Posting or transmitting any material that is defamatory, offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable via any Platform communication channel.
• Impersonating any other person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation in connection with your use of the Platform.

3rrm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these use restrictions, with or without prior notice, and to void any bets or winnings arising from prohibited conduct.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your 3rrm Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment references commonly used in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited on the Platform as familiar payment rails only. Their mention does not imply that these providers endorse, facilitate or are affiliated with gambling activities on this Platform.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the operator and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• Deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the base currency configured for your Account. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction.
• 3rrm does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 Source of Funds

By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and belong to you. 3rrm reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the corresponding balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• 3rrm reserves the right to apply a standard processing period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal requests, subject to verification and compliance checks.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account settings at the time of the request.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

3rrm may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are governed by specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible customer unless explicitly stated as a recurring promotion.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
• Maximum bet limits apply during active bonus play. Placing bets above the stated maximum during bonus wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 3rrm reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and to disqualify Users who attempt to exploit or abuse bonus structures.
• Bonus funds are separate from Real Money Funds in your Account. Real Money Funds are staked and paid out first unless your Account configuration specifies otherwise.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity include:

9.1 Bet Acceptance

3rrm reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where a bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded, where obvious pricing errors are present, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

9.2 Cricket & Sports Markets

Markets covering PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and other cricket and sports events are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules displayed within each market. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a cricket market, 3rrm's ruling shall be final and binding subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 14.

9.3 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by live physical dealing processes. Technical malfunctions that prevent a game round from completing will result in void wagers and return of the Stake. Return-to-player (RTP) information is accessible from each game's information panel.

9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by the Platform at any time, including for individual Accounts where risk management considerations require it.

10 Responsible Gambling

3rrm is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Users within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Limits on the total amount you may lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications after specified durations of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or extended suspension of your Account on request, with no option to reactivate during the exclusion period.

Requests to activate or increase any responsible gambling limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit or lift a self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as determined by the operator.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3rrm Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and page layouts — is the property of 3rrm or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 3rrm.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrm shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension or failure of the Platform arising from circumstances beyond 3rrm's reasonable control, including — without limitation — telecommunications failures, internet outages, third-party system failures, acts of God or regulatory intervention.
• Any decisions made by Users in reliance on information, odds or content displayed on the Platform.
• Any consequences arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws when accessing the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by 3rrm's own negligence to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by 3rrm

3rrm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

13.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 3rrm support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure, less any applicable deductions authorised under these Terms, will be processed for refund to your verified payment method subject to completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination — whether initiated by you or by 3rrm — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 11, 12 and 14) shall continue to apply after closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through 3rrm's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by the operator's licensing framework.

For informal dispute resolution, Users should first submit a written complaint to 3rrm support. 3rrm will acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) days.

15 Amendments to These Terms

3rrm reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the Platform or to the email address registered to your Account with a minimum of fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force.
